How does Alpha-One operate?

First, Alpha-One forms strategic partnership with the top US real estate operators to set up real estate funds with investment objectives. Then, Alpha-One team will conduct a rigorous screening analysis and project due diligence to ensure that stringent objectives are met.  Usually, less than 5% of the deal flows can make through the analysis.

Through cumulative practical experience, Alpha-One capital has standardized acquisition process, but at the same time, we can accommodate the needs of individual investors. As the number of investors in the same project increase and the project reaches the financing amount, Alpha-One will set up a company to be the project sponsor.

Finally, Alpha-One and the real estate operators are responsible for the development of real estate, acquisition, management, and disposition. Investors will receive the return distribution on a regular basis, such as net cash flows from rental income.
